Sameer Kamat is the CEO of Zinrelo Loyalty and TINT. Sameer has a proven track record of over 19 years in developing and executing product strategy and leading high-performing teams. He is passionate about helping brands win by building deeper relationships with their prospects and customers through authentic and personalized experiences. Previously, he served as the CEO of Filestack and as Vice President of Product Management at Unitrends. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. Sameer is an avid athlete and enjoys playing tennis and cricket in his spare time.

Matt is the Chief Operating Officer at Zinrelo, the leading enterprise loyalty platform. With over 15 years of international experience, Matt has a proven track record of growing B2B and B2C SaaS companies as a marketing, digital, and strategy leader. Before Zinrelo, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Partnerships at TINT, where he drove authentic advocacy, engagement, and lasting customer loyalty at scale.

A seasoned strategist, Matt has led multiple startups to successful exits and advised on hundreds of digital marketing projects worldwide. Renowned for his expertise in strategic marketing, enterprise sales, and customer account growth, he combines content and technology to deliver exceptional demand generation and revenue growth results.

Matt’s expertise lies in building high-performing teams and implementing innovative marketing systems that drive measurable growth. His ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution has consistently delivered increased traffic, leads, and profitability for the organizations he has worked with. His deep network of global marketers, founders, and innovators positions him as a leader in driving impactful marketing strategies and scalable business growth.

Enrique Sanchez is the Chief Financial Officer at Zinrelo.

Enrique brings a wealth of experience as a finance leader in SaaS and oil & gas industries, along with expertise in M&A from his work at a fund. In his new role, Enrique will focus on driving success across Accounting, Financial Planning and Budgeting, and Revenue Operations.

Kaustubh manages the engineering, product management, analytics, integration and documentation functions at Zinrelo. He brings over 20 years of cross-functional experience, including 12 years in product and design leadership. He has built and led teams across tech R&D, software engineering, UI/UX design, product management, and marketing. He is passionate about designing remarkable products that deliver a long-lasting user experience and building a collaborative work culture based on trust, ownership, accountability, and a sense of purpose.

Prior to joining Zinrelo, Kaustubh served most recently as the GM and Head for Chowbotics/DoorDash India, and before that, as the Director of Engineering, Ops, and Design at Arista Networks and as the VP of Product and Design at Mojo Networks. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, USA, and B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
Kaustubh is an avid traveler, a health and fitness enthusiast, and a foodie.

Leonardo Arango is VP of Customer Success at Zinrelo. Based in the San Antonio office, Leonardo brings extensive experience managing large books of business and delivering exceptional value at industry leaders like MongoDB and Rackspace, where the concept of “Fanatical Support” was born.

With a strong track record in leading global Customer Success teams and an executive presence in the North America time zones, Leonardo adds tremendous strength to the team.

Max Savransky is the Head of Loyalty Strategy at Zinrelo and a customer loyalty leader with 16 years of experience spanning client side and consulting environments. The main focus areas over his career have been the design (and redesign), implementation and end-to-end operation of loyalty programs. Max has consulted on over 40 B2B and B2C projects for brands including McDonald’s, Schneider Electric, Australian Venue Co, Origin Energy Rest Superannuation and Loyalty New Zealand (Flybuys) as part of his role at Loyalty & Reward Co. Previously, Max worked at Mastercard Loyalty, HOYTS and Next Story Group, developing and delivering on data driven loyalty strategies.

Max is the co-author of Loyalty Programs The Complete Guide (editions 1 and 2), the definitive book on loyalty for industry professionals worldwide. Max is highly passionate about crafting great customer experiences by delivering personalisation, relevancy and value.

Dibyo manages the sales function at Zinrelo. He has over 18 years of experience in Sales, Go-To-Market, Account Management and Solutioning. His professional career spans across multiple geographies and industry verticals; and over a wide gamut of technology, ranging from emerging tech like IoT and AI/ML to such traditional areas as technology outsourcing and SaaS based products.

Prior to working in Zinrelo, Dibyo has served in companies such as Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services and Cognizant; and has completed his MBA from Loyola College.

Dibyo is a music aficionado and an avid cook.

Aditya is the Head of Global Marketing at Zinrelo, a seasoned marketing leader with over 18 years of B2B marketing experience, primarily focusing on introducing new products and services across North America. Throughout his career, Aditya has managed cross-functional global marketing teams, significantly contributing to merger and acquisition initiatives and maintaining brand value across different geographies. His strategic collaboration with CEOs has been critical in understanding the elements required for organizational success.

Aditya has played a pivotal role in launching numerous products and services, drawing on his vast experience to drive market penetration and brand loyalty. He is an alumnus of the Executive Management Program at IIM-C, where he earned an Excellent grade, and he holds a distinction in his MBA. Additionally, Aditya is a visiting faculty at leading MBA colleges in Mumbai and a member of the All India Marketing Association. His expertise in online, digital, and traditional marketing is well-recognized, with several of his papers published in prominent MBA magazines and websites.

Sylvina manages the customer success function at Zinrelo. She brings over 10 years of experience purely within the customer success domain, working with SaaS companies. She started her career in the market research industry, working with brands like Lufthansa, BMW, Wells Fargo, and Thales to name a few. Acing the customer success role, she took on a leadership function very early in her career, trying her best to be an inspiration for the women in CS.

Sylvina completed her Engineering in IT from the Don Bosco Institute of Technology and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. She is exceptionally skilled in Client Relationship Management, Team handling, and Strategy.

She is an advocate of “Work-Life Balance” and therefore works towards organizing team hangouts and activities.

Lalit manages the strategic alliances function at Zinrelo. He has over 23 years of experience and has proven success in the enterprise solutions arena, he has rich experience with partnerships, sales and marketing leadership roles for delivering solutions through a participative team-building approach. He has successfully led transformational initiatives in Insurance, Banking and Manufacturing domains in his previous roles at Syntel, Virsta I Technology and Nucleus Software.

He had a brief stint as an Entrepreneur and Co-founded CBridge Info Solutions focussing on IT consulting & enterprise grade custom application development. Lalit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA Marketing from Pune University.

Lalit loves to play tennis, badminton and is an avid biker.

Neeta manages the finance function at Zinrelo. She brings over 23 years of experience working with various Startups in the US and India. Neeta has been working with Zinrelo for the past 8 years. Prior to working with Zinrelo, she was working as Controller Finance at Ingot Systems.

Neeta holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Commerce from Pune University. She has also passed California CPA.

Neeta is a Yoga enthusiast. She loves to dance and travel. She has also been instrumental in arranging various programs for Special Children and their parents.

Rohit manages the product management and data sciences function at Zinrelo. He has extensive experience in the field of loyalty. He has worked for 10 years in the loyalty space across a range of functions including customer success, data analytics and product development. He is a strong advocate of a data first approach to measure and optimize loyalty programs.

Rohit’s journey with loyalty programs started with Zinrelo after his MBA in marketing. Following his passion for analytics, Rohit completed a PGDM course in business analytics. He uses these learnings in his role as a senior product manager. He believes that to build sustainable products for customer loyalty, analytics should be an integral part of the product.

Rohit is a keen sportsman. He has participated in several state level competitions during his college days and is always up for a weekend game of football or basketball or badminton.

Yahya Poonawala is an Engineering Manager at Zinrelo with a strong background in leading successful engineering projects. He has a total of 11 years of experience in the industry, starting off as a Software Developer and subsequently moving towards a management role. With a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to fostering teamwork, Yahya strives to deliver exceptional results with every team he is in charge of. He has been an integral part of the Zinrelo team since its inception, making him one of the pioneering members.
Prior to joining Zinrelo, Yahya was employed at ThoughtWorks where he dabbled in a range of technologies related to development and Devops. He is a graduate from PICT, Pune.

He likes reading, writing and is also passionate about teaching and finds opportunities where he can spread the finite knowledge that he possesses.

Bikash is a Principal Architect at Zinrelo. He is a highly skilled software development expert with extensive industry knowledge in architecture, design, and development, accumulated over a period of 12 years. Bikash’s primary focus is on crafting software products of exceptional quality that not only meet customer expectations but also provide tangible value to businesses. With a collaborative mindset, Bikash has effectively collaborated with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to create and deliver outstanding software solutions.

Before joining Zinrelo, Bikash co-founded KoinKnight, a cryptocurrency arbitrage website. He has worked with prominent organizations such as Infosys, Houzify, and engage4more, gaining valuable experience in full stack development and constructing scalable and seamless products. Bikash completed his graduation in Computer Science from NIT Rourkela.

Bikash values spending quality time with his family and friends and enjoys playing Cricket, Football, Badminton, and Chess.

Arti is a Principal Engineer at Zinrelo. Arti is a highly experienced software development professional with over 12 years of industry expertise and brings a wealth of knowledge and technical prowess to her role. Arti has been an integral part of the Zinrelo team since its inception, making her one of the pioneering members.

Arti’s passion lies in creating high-quality software products that not only meet customer expectations but also deliver tangible value to businesses. Her ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions has been key to the success of various projects.

Prior to joining Zinrelo, Arti gained valuable experience at renowned companies such as eGain Communications and TechMahindra. She is a graduate from NIT Bhopal.

She enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family and finds joy in reading books to her baby daughter.

Mihir Barve is a senior marketing manager at Zinrelo. He has over 12 years of experience working in different facets of marketing. Mihir has a passion for building brands. Here at Zinrelo, Mihir is responsible for the lead generation and branding activities while supporting other critical functions.

Mihir has led marketing teams in a couple of organizations most notably in Volkswagen India before he joined Zinrelo. After earning a degree in mechanical engineering, Mihir completed his post-graduation in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Mihir is an athlete at heart and has completed a few marathons and Ironman 140.6 races. As an ardent birdwatcher and a wildlife enthusiast, Mihir loves to spend time in nature and strives to make a positive impact for wildlife conservation.

Priyanka manages the Human Resources function at Zinrelo. She has 12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management. In her prior roles, she served as a business partner and excelled in establishing teams across various locations. Priyanka is adept at overseeing the complete employee lifecycle and building high-performing teams to bolster and expand businesses through strategic initiatives. Before joining Zinrelo, she contributed significantly to Anchanto, where her responsibilities included talent management, collaboration across teams, and fostering a positive work environment.
She holds an MBA from Pune University and is a certified HR Business Partner.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading and experimenting with her culinary skills.

Sagar manages HR and Admin at Zinrelo. He comes with over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Having an agnostic approach, he has served industries like IT, Telecommunications, FinTech, Loyalty and E-Commerce. He has worked with renowned brands like Randstad, Kelly and Manpower and served clients like Ericsson India, Bristlecone and Principal Global and Solitaire to name a few.

Sagar completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.

In his free time, he likes bike riding and is a movie buff. In his college days he led the cultural team and has hosted numerous events in his student as well as professional life.
